Shri Yogesh Agarwal, former Managing Director of State Bank of India, was appointed as the Chairman and Managing Director of IDBI Bank Ltd. with effect from 1st July, 2007 and simultaneously took over as the Chairman of IDBI Gilts Limited. He carries with him more than 36 years of rich & distinguished banking experience. He has held various positions at various locations, in State Bank of India, including those of Chief General Manager, Chandigarh Circle and Deputy Managing Director & Chief Financial Officer at Corporate Centre, Mumbai. He has also served in SBI's foreign offices at Dubai and Singapore. He was the Managing Director of State Bank of Patiala before his elevation as Managing Director of SBI in October 2006. He is a B.E. (Hons.) from BITS, Pilani and Certified Associate of Indian Institute of Bankers, Mumbai. |

Shri Raj Kumar Bansal, Executive Director of IDBI Bank Limited was appointed as one of the Directors of the Company since 01st February 2010. He has more than 26 years of banking experience. He has been associated with IDBI Bank Ltd. for more than 26 years. He has held various positions during his tenure with IDBI Bank Ltd. and has all-round experience in the multifarious operations of Direct Finance Operations, Resources and Treasury, Liability Management & Derivatives, Project Appraisal, Infrastructure and Commercial banking. He was elevated as the Executive Director of IDBI Bank Limited in July 2008. He is also a Director in Various Group Companies and other Committees. He is a Chartered Accountant by Profession. |

Annavarapu Venkat Rammurty, Chief General Manager, IDBI Bank Ltd., has over 25 years experience in various areas of banking. He is one of the First Directors’ and one of the founder members of the Company since 13th December 2006. He played a significant role in the formation of IDBI Gilts Limited. A Masters Degree holder in Science, he currently heads the corporate strategy and planning, organisation development, systems & procedures and corporate communications functions of IDBI Bank Limited. He is also the Bank's nominee director on the boards of some corporates. |

Shri J. Jayaraman was appointed as the Additional Director of the Company on 18th December 2008. He has more than 30 years of experience in the field of accountancy. Shri J. Jayaraman has been, on earlier occasions, nominated by IDBI Bank Ltd. and IFCI Ltd. on the Board of various Companies. Shri J. Jayaraman is a Chartered Accountant and a Law Graduate from Bangalore University. |

Shri G. A. Tadas, MD & CEO, has grounding in economics and finance. He holds a post graduate degree in MA (Economics), MBA (Finance) and CAAIB. Shri Tadas joined IDBI Bank in Sept. 1995. During the past 14 years, he has served in various departments of the Bank, viz. Corporate Strategy & Planning, In-charge of Corporate Banking Branch at Pune, Project Appraisal, Organisation Development, Systems & Procedures, Corporate Communications & Branding Strategy. Prior to joining IDBI Bank, he served at Research and Information System for Non-aligned & Other Developing Countries (RIS), (Autonomous body of Ministry of External Affairs, Govt. of India), New Delhi, and Fertiliser Association of India, New Delhi.
Shri Tadas has worked in wide range of areas, viz. Project appraisal, Infrastructure finance, Project finance, Restructuring & Recovery, Policy analysis & research Financial sector, Indian economy and Development economics, international economics, WTO & trade related issues. He is author / co-author of over four books and many articles.
