Shri O. V. Bundellu, Deputy Managing Director of IDBI Bank Limited and was appointed as one of the First Directors of the Company since 13th December 2006. He has more than 36 years of banking experience. He has been associated with IDBI Bank Ltd. for more than 27 years. He has held various positions during his tenure with IDBI Bank Ltd. and has all-round experience in the multifarious operations of Commercial Banking, International Banking and Treasury. He was elevated as the Deputy Managing Director of IDBI Bank Limited on March 2006. He is also a Director in Various Group Companies and other Committees. He has obtained a Masters degree in Science and Masters Degree in Financial Management. He retired as the Deputy Managing Director of IDBI Bank Ltd. and as the Director of IDBI Gilts Limited on attaining superannuation on 31st January 2010. |

Shri N. S. Venkatesh |

Shri N. S. Venkatesh, former Managing Director & Chief Executive Officer, a Chartered Accountant by qualification has over 25 years of rich experience in the Banking Sector and has held various positions in various departments namely Audit, Treasury, Merchant Banking credit etc in major Banks. Shri N S Venkatesh, MD & CEO joined IDBI in Nov 1997 as Deputy General Manager and handled various portfolios in various departments like Domestic Resources, Treasury etc. During his tenure, he played a significant role in the conversion of IDBI from a Financial Institution to a Bank, Merger of IDBI Bank and United Western Bank Limited with IDBI Ltd. and setting up of Stressed Asset Stabilisation Fund. Subsequently, Shri N S Venkatesh was promoted as General Manager in April 2005 and performed the role of Executive Assistant to the Chairman IDBI Bank Ltd. On formation of IDBI Gilts Limited, Shri N S Venkatesh was deputed as one of the First Directors of the Company for a period of three years w.e.f 13th December 2006 and is also one of the founder members of the Company. |

Shri V. P. Shetty the former Chairman and Managing Director of IDBI Bank Ltd was also the former Chairman and one of the first Directors & founder members of IDBI Gilts Limited. He has more than 4 decades of rich experience in the Banking Sector. He has been a Chairman and Managing Director of various banks since 2000 including in IDBI Bank Ltd. During his tenure in IDBI Bank Ltd. he played a significant role in the Merger of IDBI Bank and United Western Bank Limited with IDBI Ltd. He is also a proud Recipient of "Banker of the Year - 2003" Award from the Business Standard Group in recognition of successful turnaround of UCO Bank. He retired as the Chairman and Managing Director of IDBI Bank Ltd. and as the Chairman of IDBI Gilts Limited on attaining superannuation on 30th June 2007. He is a Commerce Graduate from Bangalore University and is also Certified Associate of Indian Institute of Bankers, Mumbai. |

Shri S. P. Prabhu |

Shri S. P. Prabhu, graduate in Commerce and Cost Accountant by qualification, was Heading the Fixed Income Department. He carries with him more than 15 of experience in the Financial markets. At IDBI Gilts, he was responsible for trading, sales and Research covering fixed income market, money market and interest rate derivatives market. He played a key role in the demerger of Primary Dealer business from IDBI Capital into IDBI Gilts. He was relieved on October 12, 2007 from the services of the Company. In 2006, Mr Prabhu was selected for the prestigious International Visitor Leadership Program of the US Government and was ranked among the Top Five Bond Traders in India in the Asian Currency Bond Benchmark Survey conducted by “The Asset” magazine published in Hong Kong in 2007. |
