Shri S. Srinivasaraghavan is a veteran banker with more than two decades of rich experience in various facets of banking products. He is a Commerce Graduate, an associate member of the Institute of Cost Accountants of India and Certified member of Indian Institute of Bankers. He has in him more than 15 years of experience in the Treasury field and has handled all types of Treasury Products. At IDBI Gilts , Shri S. Srinivasaraghavan is in the role of VP & Head of Treasury. He is responsible for the overall supervision & monitoring of the treasury Department, taking Interest rate views, Strategic Planning and ensuring regulatory Compliances and commitments.

Shri Manas Sen, an Economics Honours Graduate & Diploma holder in Business & Industrial Management by qualification, has more than 29 years of rich experience in the field of Commercial Banking and Primary Dealership operations. He has more than 18 years of experience in Commercial banking and has handled varied areas such as Retail Banking, Credit, Forex Operations and Treasury Department. He has more than 9 years of experience in Primary Dealership operations with SBI DFHI Ltd. (1999 - 2008). During his tenure with SBI DFHI he has handled the Dealing room during the period 1999-2005 and has handled the Back Office from 2005 - 2008. He has held various positions before his elevation as Vice President. At IDBI Gilts, he is in the role of Head operations w.e.f. October 20, 2008 and shall be responsible for handling the Back Office, Accounts, IT Department etc.
Shri Rajesh Makwana
Head Back Office
Shri Rajesh Makwana is heading the Back Office of the Company. He is responsible for the entire Back Office operations of the Company including the Compliance and reporting thereof to the Regulators. He has more than 5 years of experience in handling the operations of the Back Office. Before joining IDBI Gilts Limited, he was in the PD Back Office of IDBI Capital Market Services Limited, the then Primary Dealer.

Shri Manesh Jiandani has been appointed as the Company Secretary and Compliance Officer of the Company. He is responsible for the smooth functioning of the Legal, Secretarial and Compliance Department. He has more than 4 years of experience in handling the Legal, Secretarial and Compliance functions. Shri Manesh Jiandani is a qualified CS and has also obtained a degree in Law.
